For U.S. residents, orders will be processed within 24 hours after confirmation of payment. Shipping options and costs are displayed after submission of the shipping address during the check-out process. All orders received will be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days.
Returns
Dread Lock Da City does not process cash or credit refunds. Please feel free to return an item within 15 days from the ship date for a store credit if the item is in new condition. Returned merchandise will be refunded with a store credit in the amount of the merchandise minus shipping costs. If an error is made on our part, then shipping costs will be refunded. Exchanges
You may return merchandise for an exchange within 30 days from original ship date. Merchandise must be in new condition. As the customer, you agree to pay any costs exceeding the amount of the original purchase total. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Out of Stock / Back Order Items
In the event that one or more of the item(s) you ordered are “out of stock (back order)” and a shipment is not expected within the allotted shipping time (1-7 business days), we will ship out the remainder of the "in stock" items promptly. We will contact you by phone concerning the estimated arrival time of “out of stock” items that are placed on back-order. Back-ordered items are given top priority and will be processed as soon as the items are received and back in stock. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for multiple shipments caused by back-orders. You may choose to cancel items placed on back-order for a full refund or store credit.
